Yippee! Canvassing and lit drops is the more beneficial activities we do as a party for candidates. Beside helping the candidates, it reinforces our presence in the communities around Marinette County and gives us visibility. It's great for our members too! This type of volunteer work is very satisfying on election night when you look at the returns and see the impact you had directly in the neighborhoods you worked. The Marinette County Dems have had a tradition of walking every weekend in October of election years, and this year is no different. The more volunteers we have the more successful we'll be, and the less time we'll all have to spend walking. We usually end the walk with a quick get together or picnic for a little socializing, and leave a good portion of the day for you to enjoy. Please consider joining us in your neighbor hood.
