Update: Please join us for the Democratic Candidates Meet and Greet, which is on Tuesday, March 9 in the ballroom of the old Wilrik Hotel in downtown Sanford (152 S. Steele Street). Doors open at 6:00 pm, and candidates will be introduced at 6:30 pm. Candidates running for state-wide office and those running for local office have been invited. Light refreshments will be served, and the event is free and open to the public.
Please also note that our precinct meeting will be on Saturday, March 13. This meeting will be held at the Lee County Courthouse (in Courtroom #4) and will begin at 10:00 am. The meeting is the necessary first step for us before our county convention. If you cannot attend, please email chair@leedemocrats.org for more information.
