It's election year and as I get ready to run for my sixth term in your state’s 86th House of Representatives district, the diversity of this district presents me with unique challenges each day. I have found strength in the diversity, for by understanding more and more about the cultures represented here, I have come to better understand what it means to be a Georgian: All people possess the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Again, thank you for the opportunity to serve the 86th House District. It is a distinct pleasure and honor, an honor I take very seriously.
