If I'm not familiar with HTML or any other programming language, can I still update my campaign website?
Yes, absolutely! If you're familiar with Microsoft Word, and know what a keyboard and mouse are, you'll do fine! The content manager is VERY user friendly and is chock-full of tips and help sections.

Do I have full control over page names? Or do I have to stick with pre-determined names, like About the Candidate, Volunteers, etc, when I create my campaign site?
You have full control over all page names and content on your site. If you want to have a page called "I'm the greatest candidate in the world and I want to prove it!", you can!

If I do the trial, and pick a design, and then later, want to change it, is that possible?
Sure is! At any time, you can completely change the look-and-feel of your site by simply clicking a couple buttons.

Can I start a trial and build my campaign website without providing a credit card?
Yes you can. Our 14-day trial will actually provide you with a fully-functional campaign website for free. No credit card required. Your credit card will only be required if you elect to purchase the site after your trial period expires.

Can I use my own domain name?
Sure! Just sign in and click on My Account and purchase one of the add-ons for this (either Domain Purchase or Domain Transfer). After you pay the setup fee, you'll see a form to fill out with your domain and you just fill that out and it will send a work order to us and an email to you with instructions on what to do next. To setup a domain you already own, we charge a $25 one-time setup fee. To purchase and set up a domain name you haven't registered for yet, we charge the $25 one-time setup fee, plus the current rate for purchasing new domains. You can purchase a domain with our parent company, TriggerID.

What about monthly hosting for my campaign website?
All hosting charges are included in the annual fees associated with your site.

What about e-mail accounts for my campaign site?
If you currently have e-mail accounts with another provider, you can continue using this service without interuption. If you would like to setup new e-mail accounts with us, please visit this link to sign up - email hosting.

What about privacy of my information and content?
We take privacy of your content very seriously. With the exception of shared events on your calendar (should you elect to share them), all other content on your site will not be shared with any third party (unless we are forced to by a court of law). This includes e-mail addresses and constituent information that you enter into the management areas of your campaign website. We will never sell or release this information to any third-party.
